Initial Comments:
An off site follow up survey was conducted on 7/20/2021, Promedica Hospice Care, was found in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a hospice Medicare recertification and state re-licensure survey conducted between 6/14/2021-6/16/2021.
